One Church with Two Locations!
In 1987, God spoke to Pastor Ray Barnard’s heart about the way His people were living. He revealed to Pastor Barnard, that people were not enjoying ‘life more abundantly’ because they didn’t understand the totality of His Word. In obedience to God’s call, the Barnards relocated to Tulsa, Oklahoma to Attend Oral Roberts University Signs and Wonders School of Theology. From this school, he received his ministerial credentials and was ordained by victory Christian Fellowship Ministries.
In 1994, the Barnards established Impacting Your World Christian Center (IYWCC) in Philadelphia. And in 2009, IYWCC in Cherry Hill, NJ was born. Amazingly, what began with 11 people in their home, has grown to be “one church with two locations.”
